Hazel was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Doyle Crutchfield; and her parents: JB & Mae Starnes.
Left to cherish her memories are her children: Sue Crutchfield, Terry Crutchfield, Ronnie Crutchfield (Debbie), Becky Martin (Brien), Teresa Nichols (Donny) and Kenny Crutchfield (Tonya); 16 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters: Wynell Owens, Imogene Copeland, Jo Credille, Carolyn Foster, and Debra Wilson (Billy); brother, Jerry Starnes (Martha) and a host of nieces, nephews, and many children, that she babysat in her home throughout the years who knew her as “Mamaw”.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 PM until 9:00 PM on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral Services will be Monday, November 26, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
