Hoyt G. Stovall

Mr. Stovall served as a Merchant Marine and served 25 years in the Birmingham Police Department. He ran a real estate development business, as well as a successful tire business.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Sara B Stovall, and grandson, Hoyt G Stovall IV (‘Bubba”).

He is survived by his sons, Hoyt G. Stovall III (Susan) and Hal Stovall (Sheri); grandchildren, Joey Stovall (Tana), Michelle Stovall Brennan (Daniel), Julie Stovall Hubbard (PJ), and Michael Stovall; great-grandchildren, Mason Williams,

Tye Hunter, Ashton Hunter, Selah Stovall, Torah Stovall, Paul Joseph Hubbard, Hunter Hubbard, Kalie Brennan, Eveie Brennan, and Sadie Brennan.

The family will receive friends Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 11AM to 12PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with funeral services to follow at 12PM. Burial will take place at Forest Crest Cemetery.
