Mrs. Thompson was a member of Dunnavant Faith Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Andrew Jackson Fendley.
She is survived by daughters, Peggy Isbell, Patricia Maddox (Jack), Mae McDonald (Bo), Denise Bailey (Joey Sr.), son, Ricky Fendley (Linda), sisters, Theola Patman, Carolyn Harris, Donna Carpenter, brothers, Malcolm Isbell, Delford Isbell, 12 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 6 PM until 8 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Celebration of Life Services will be held Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Kilgroe Leeds Chapel with burial at Dunnavant Cemetery, Leeds, AL.
