Mr. Channell was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Lillian Channell; daughter, Melissa Gene Ash (Chris); sons, Ronald E. Channell (Wanda); Randall Channell; Donald W. Channell (Sally); (6) grandchildren and (10) great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral Service will be Friday, March 4, 2011 at 2:00 PM from Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial to follow at First Baptist Church Cemetery in Odenville.
