Mr. Harding was preceded in death by his mother, Janice Maples Harding.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer L. Harding, son, James Austin Harding, father, James M. Harding (Kathy), brother, Lee Harding (Marnie), aunts and uncles, Earl and Peggy Cornwell, Jimmy and Diane Maples, niece, Kaylee Harding and nephew, Peyton Harding.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds beginning at 3:30 PM. Funeral Services will be at 5:30 PM at Kilgroe Leeds Chapel with burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
