Jerry Holmes

Jerry M. Holmes, age 80, of Leeds, Alabama passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025 and is survived by his wife of 28 years: Jean Holmes 3 sons; Rusty Holmes (April), Tim Holmes, Chris Rhoades (Hope), 1 daughter; Jennifer Russell (Crandell), 7 grandchildren; Ryan (Brittany), Tyler (Jessica), Lane, Holly (Matt), Samantha(Stephen), Kathryn, Kaleigh (Corey), 12 great grandchildren; Rhett, Beau, Ian, Bransen,Rowan,Adie, Rose, Scarlette, Naomi, Houston, Levi and Liam. Mr Holmes is preceded in death by his parents; Russell Holmes and Irene Brown and brother Clifford Holmes. A special thanks to Southern Care/ New Beacon Hospice and caregivers Pamela Mitchell and Sheilah Franklin. Services will be held Thursday July 24, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home - Leeds with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday July 24, 2025 from 12-1 at Kilgroe Funeral Home - Leeds.
