Keith Oakes Barker,age 57 of Moody, AL passed away February 19, 2016. Mr. Barker is survived by his sons, Jason Keith Barker (Emily), Ryan Keith Barker (Bridget); mother, Edna Barker Thornton (Jerry); grandchildren, John Hudson Barker, Avery Elizabeth Barker, Brooklyn Jade Barker; step brothers, Joseph Thornton, Kenneth Thornton; aunts, Joretta Smith, Julia Dauphin (Curtis), Johnnie Rigsby (David); uncles, Wayne Brasher (Betty) and Donald Brasher (Terri). The family will receive friends from 6pm until 8pm on Friday, February 26, 2016 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds. Funeral Services will be Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 11AM from Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Vandiver.

Keith was an Inspiration every time he walked on the Tennis Court. His positive energy beamed and always made us laugh when we played doubles. Whether winning or losing, he always had some words of wisdom. He would look over to me and say "Garfitti (Graffiti) We got this".
I know he's smiling in Heaven and probably giving words of encouragement.
