Mr. Whitfield was preceded in death by his parents, Nanny and Daddy Cecil Whitfield and brother, Thelbert Whitfield.
He is survived by his wife, Cherry Whitfield, children, Tara Whitfield, Paige Miller (Michael), April Whitfield, Tara Serio (Anthony), brother, Shirley Whitfield (Jean), sister, June Martin (Jack), grandchildren, Mathew (aka Mat), Caleigh, Ruby, Polly Jean, Brandon (aka Brando), Kyle ( aka Brod), Cam (aka Red Bird), Donovan, Bailey, sister in law, Barbara Whitfield, brothers in law, Johnny Limbaugh (Phoebe) and Pete Limbaugh, mother in law, Banny Limbaugh, special son in law, Hank and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds on Sunday, September 28, 2014 from 2 PM until 5 PM.
