Mr. Beshears served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War in which he received several medals including two Purple Hearts. He is survived by his wife, Marsha; mother, Alma Cozby; father, Cletus Beshears; children, Kerrianne Jenkins, Mark Beshears, and Brandy Emerick; step children, Mica Widell and Makenzie Conner; brother, Kenneth Beshears; sisters, Karen Oldham, Kristi Thomas, Kathy Farmer, Kelly LeGrand, and Kolleen Kelley; and 8 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 12 Noon with graveside service to begin at 2:00PM at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
