Mabel White Martin, age 86, of Acmar passed away in her home on Friday, February 18, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband, C. W. Martin, their infant son, Wayne, her sisters, Evelyn White Posey, JoAnn White Vance, and brother, Donald “Bug” White.
She is survived by her sister, Lorene White Ingram, eleven nieces and nephews and twenty great-nieces and nephews. She was a beloved sister, aunt and friend and spent most of her life in Acmar, Alabama and dearly loved her community.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 beginning at 2:30PM with burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 from 1:30PM until 2:30PM.
