Mrs. Blankenship was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Blankenship, mother, Dessie Franks Finney and father, Marion Jackson Powell.
She is survived by her brother, William Jackson Powell, niece, Deborrah Powell Looney (Eddie), great niece, Laura Marie Perry, great nephew, Christopher Brian Looney and great great nephew, Ryan Christopher Perry.
Graveside Services will be Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Forest Crest Cemetery.
