She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Fields.
She is survived by her sons, Roger Fields (Bridgette), Jeff Fields (Lana), Scott Fields (Leslie), God Given daughter, Sandra McClendon, sisters, Jessie Mae Warren, Boots Barnett, Barbara June Moye, Shirley Glass, Elaine Layfield, Ellen Smith, Dorothy Wideman, Jean Garner, brother, Joe George, grandchildren, Tony Fields, Mario Fields, Nick Fields, Dillan Fields, Riley Fields, Presley Fields, Erica Price, Kayde Brasher, Devin Argo, Bretley Buzbee, and great grandchild, Eden Price.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Friday, July 22, 2011 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery.
