Mary S. Long, age 82, of Leeds, Alabama, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024. She is preceded in death by husbands Gordon David Grounds and H.T. Long and her brothers Evon and James. Mary is survived by her three daughters, Vicky Miller (Gary), Sharon Oglesby (Billy), and Connie Fuller (Brad); son, David Grounds (Sandy); fifteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and her sister, Ruth Castlebury (Mac).
Mary was a faithful member of Markeeta Baptist Church.
Services will be at Kilgroe Funeral Home on Monday, February 19, 2024, with visitation from 10AM to 11AM, with an 11AM funeral service. Burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
