Matthew was my very best friend. We had our ups and downs but he became an irreplaceable part of my life. He and his family have shown me kindness and love to no end and for that, I am eternally grateful. He was such a brilliant and unique being and he never ceased to inspire me to always reach for new levels of knowledge, creativity, self worth and improvement. His sense of humor was truly a gift as well. I will forever cherish the countless hours we spent laughing and conversing on life and every subject under the sun. I know the essence of his strong faith will continue to give myself and all the others he has touched throughout his all too brief lifetime hope within this life and beyond. I will forever adore and love you, my dearest friend. Goodbye for now, Mathew Wayne.

Cousin, there’s so many memories, so many stories, so many laughs, so many reminiscing times. I can’t even phantom you being gone. Only comfort I have is knowing you’re with your Dad. Who I know is thrilled to have you there. We love you and we will miss you forever! Love you cousin
