He is survived by his wife, Martha West Boyer, daughters, Cindy Ballard (Bruce) of Tupelo, MS, Cathy Hardin of Odenville, AL, sons, David Boyer (Kim) of Florence, AL, Ken Boyer (Joanna) of Eufaula, AL, brother, Harold Boyer (Carol) of Poplar Bluff, MS, grandchildren, Joannah Ballard, Sarah Kathryn Ballard of Tupelo, MS, Matthew Hardin, Joshua Hardin of Odenville, AL, Hollie Boyer, Micah Boyer of Florence, AL, Lily Boyer of Eufaula, AL, nieces and nephews, John Russell Boyer (Tina) of Brandon, MS, Suzanne Pigmon (Scott), Tarah Miller, Becky Lawrence (Billy), Michael Boyer of Poplar Bluff, MO, Milton Boyer (JoBeth), Kyle Boyer, Janay Boyer of Dalton, GA, sister-in-law, Carolyn Stricklyn of Millington, TN, brother-in-law, Bill West (Charlotte) of Vashon, WA, mother-in-law, Louise West of Collierville, TN.

Mr. Boyer was a member of Community Presbyterian Church in Moody, AL for 5 years. In Lieu of Flowers a memorial gift may be made to World Harvest Mission for the Steve Morgan Missionary Family, c/o Community Presbyterian Church.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Leeds.
