

Nat was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and a friend to everyone. He was a member of Leeds First United Methodist Church where he served as a soundman. He was a member of the Exchange Club. Nat was Past Lt. Governor of the Civitans and served on the Board of Directors for St. Clair County Boys Ranch. He was a former radio D.J. for WFHK radio in Pell City where he was known as “Nat the wake up cat”. Nat retired from Liberty National Insurance Co. after 26 years of service and he also served in the United States Army.
Preceded in death by his parents; Ola Mae Thomas Stephens and Elmer R. Riddle “Sam”.
He is survived by his wife Patricia (Pat) Riddle; daughter, Cindy Justice(David); son Kenny Riddle (Donna); stepmother, Elizabeth Riddle; sisters: Darlene Lyles(Jeff) and Margaret Collins(T.L.); brothers: Rayburn Riddle(Tommie) and Winston Riddle (Paulette); Grandchildren: Jennifer Hartwig (John), Julie Riddle, Jillian Riddle, and Cole Riddle; great grandson, James Hartwig and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 PM until 9 PM on Monday, July 2, 2012 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Leeds First United Methodist with burial to follow in Low Gap Cemetery in Odenville, AL.
