Patsy Ruth Elkins, born October 27, 1950, passed on October 1, 2026, at the age of 75. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Harrison Ed Lowery Sr. and Inez Lowery; siblings, Harrison E. Lowery Jr. and Joe Lowery. Patsy is survived by her husband, Danny Robert Elkins; daughter, Tammy and Ray Gilliland; grandchildren, Robin Fara and Julie O'Brien; great-grandchildren, Remi Fara, Rayden Fara, Scarlett O'Brien and Declan O'Brien; siblings, Jewell Dean Eason and Gene (Pam) Lowery. Patsy was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. She loved flowers and spending time in her greenhouse. A Visitation will be held on Saturday October 3, 2026 from 12:00-1:00PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama with a Funeral Service to begin at 1:00PM. Burial will be at Forest Crest Cemetery.
