Mr. Cooks is survived by his wife, Lynne Callaway Cook, daughters, Shirley Butler (Larry), Sandra Reynolds (preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Reynolds), son, Michael Cook, step-sons, David Callaway (Wendy), Daryl Davis, sister, Mary Gillham,
brothers, Bobby Cook, Clyde Cook, Scott Cook, (9) grandchildren and (14) great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 5 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
