Peggy Sue Cash passed on August 25, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on January 31, 1936. Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Mae Hamilton; her beloved husband, Aubrey Cash; brothers, Hugh and James Hamilton; sister, Betty Wize; granddaughter, Brittany Baccus. Peggy is survived by her daughters, Cindy Knight and Anita (Chuck) Baccus; sons, Danny (Susan) Cash and Jerry Cash; 12 grandchildren; a multitude of great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brother, Gary Hamilton; a host of nieces, nephews and extended family, church family and dear friends.
A visitation will be held on Sunday August 30th, 2026 from 1:00-2:00PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama with a Funeral Service to begin at 2:00PM. Burial will be at Cool Springs Cemetery.
