Phil Taylor age 55 passed away on Thursday July 13, 2023. Phil is survived by his daughter, Shea Taylor Owens (David); grandchildren, Charlee Owens, Finnley Owens and Gemma-Fae Owens; brothers, Jeff Taylor (Mindi) and Shawn Taylor (Deanna); aunt, Donna Thompson (Dick); nieces, Ava Taylor, Meagan McDonald and Landyn Taylor; nephew, Anderson Taylor. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 5th 2023 from 2:00-4:00PM from the Municipal Complex Banquet Room at 1000 Bruce Etheredge Parkway Pell City Alabama, 35128.
