Phillip is survived by his wife of 52 years Paula Towery; son, Kevin Wayne Towery (Misty); daughter, Mandy Acre (Nathan); grandchildren, Gaby Anderson (Noah), Gage Towery (Gabbie) and Madison Acre (Kade); mother, Geraldine Towery, brothers, Mike Towery (Carolyn) and Doyle Towery (Rhonda); sisters in law, Janice and Michelle, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds from 1:00PM until 2:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds beginning at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Dunnavant Community Cemetery.
