Mr. Henderson was a former Professor at UAB Department of Communications.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Henderson, sons, Tristan Henderson and Skyler Henderson.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds from 5:30PM until 9PM.
Funeral Services will be held at Kilgroe Leeds Chapel on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 2PM with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Regions Bank in his name.
