Robert Rothe

Robert Rothe age 80 went to be with his Lord and Savior surrounded by family and friends and his faithful wife of 53 years on Monday April 14, 2025. Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Lois Rothe; grandson, Baby Sam Rothe. Robert is survived by his wife, Margaret Rothe; children, Robbie Rothe, Heidi Rothe Jackson (Shawn), Danny Rothe (Janie), Jacob Rothe, and Elizabeth Rothe Machen (Kenneth); 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren. Robert was a Marine, serving in the Vietnam War, and proudly served and loved The Lord. Later in life he was a peanut salesman also known to people as "The Peanut Man" coming up with his own slogan "Crunchy, Munchy, Golden Brown makes your lips go up and down". The family would like to give a special thanks to Haley Stewart and Jennifer Harris at Brookwood Medical Center for their loving and caring service. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday April 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama. In lieu of flowers please donate to Mitch Tillman & Harbor Evangelism
