Mr. Hulgan was preceded in death by his father, Philmer “Bud” Hulgan and brother, James Walter Hulgan. He was retired after a long career with Goodyear, an avid Nascar, Alabama football fan and fisherman.
He is survived by his daughters, Kim Pardue (Scott), Shai Kirkland (Bryan) and their mother, Sandra Hulgan, mother, Willie Jay Hulgan, grandchildren, Seth Pardue and Chase Pardue.
The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 8 PM on Monday, April 1, 2013 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 11 AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery.
