Sarah Brasher

On Monday, June 8th, Sarah Day Brasher, born November 7th 1941, went home to the Lord on what would have been her 63rd wedding anniversary to her late husband, James “Freddy” Brasher. While her presence is already tremendously missed, her family takes comfort knowing she was welcomed with open arms by those who preceded her in death: her husband, Freddy, her parents, Norman and Anita Day, and her sister, Norma Jean Howard, and her brother, Robert Earl Day.

Sarah is survived by her children, Freda Hammonds (Darryl), Jimmie Sue Thompson (Randy), and Bobby Brasher (LeAnn); her grandchildren, Madison Frost (Michael), Chloe Perry (Levi), James “Jamie” Brasher, Joel Thompson (Chelsea), Taylor Thompson (Jacob Graves), Jacy Bishop (DJ Marlowe); great grandchildren Madison “MJ” Graves and Caroline Graves; her brother Austin “Buddy” Day (Annette); and a host of nieces and nephews.
