Mrs. Thomas was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bo and Lula McLaughlin, husband, Donald Thomas, grandchildren Brandon and Patrick James, sisters, Janey Weaver, Marthella Chase, Bette Foley, Linda White and brother, Buck McLaughlin.
She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Dixon (Randy), brother, Mickey McLaughlin (Martha), sister, Becky Clements, brothers in law, Buck Weaver, Cecil Thomas (Margaret) and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Funeral Services will be at Kilgroe Leeds Chapel on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM with burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Cedar Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.
