Shirley was a fun loving lady that always seemed to have a smile on her face. I enjoyed having sweet little conversations with her. Now she is having those conversations with God and his angels!  May His name be praised!

Shirley always enjoyed getting together with family and friends, during holidays and special occasions ?and had so much fun. I know she loved and cared for us as only a mom could.?
The last few weeks had been difficult for Shirley. To watch her health decline so quickly was very ?difficult for us as well. The Greatest thing is that we know she is busy with friends in Heaven and that ?we will see her again. Until then, we will miss her. We love you Shirley.?

Aunt Shirley was always so much fun to be around. I have so many wonderful memories of her. I loved her dearly and will miss her!! I know she now has a perfect body and will have no more sickness or pain.

I am so saddened by her passing.  I have such cherished memories of spending my childhood summers with my beloved Aunt Shirley. She was quite an inspiration and mentor  in my desire for wanting to know and walk with our Lord.  My heart breaks for you Candace, Michelle, Spring and Buddy, but I dance with joy knowing she is graced in the arms if our Father!  I will forever hold you in my prayers and heart. I love her, and all the craziness with her.  Spring and Momma, you could not have done anything more correctly.  Thank you.  Thank you to all the people who loved us enough to pray.  Blessings.

This does not even seem real to me. I miss my Moms voice and just knowing that it was only a phone call away. Words can't describe how painful this is. Knowing that she is in heaven is wonderful beyond belief!  But, what I would give for one last look, touch or word from her..I love you Mom.

My prayers are with all of you (Candy, Spring, Buddy, Michelle).  My fondest memories of Aunt Shirley and all of you were at the house in Eastlake (the big white one).  I can remember all of us kids spending time there - I am sure we drove Aunt Shirley crazy having all of us there at one time!  I know she is in a much better place and is so happy to see Cricket and Memaw and others she lost through the years.  I love you all.

I will miss her on special occassions, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have had such fun times around the dinner table. It's going to be hard to enjoy it without her there. She loved to laugh at us when we picked at each other. The comforting factor is, she is much better off than the rest of us. 
One thing for sure, she was loved my many and will be missed.

I met Shirley in the 1960s when we were both attending the World Wide Church of God. I wish her family well and am sorry for the grieving that goes with losing a loved one.  God be with you all.

This all doesn't seem real!  Shirley will surely be missed.  We Love you all and are here for you if you need us.  Grieving = our LOSS. Heavens GAIN....

I can just see Shirley running all over heaven shouting Praise the Lord!  We will miss her, but we will see her again one day!  So many memories!

God bless you and your family, Candace.  Your mother sounds like she was quite a woman and I wish I had known her, but will in Heaven VERY soon!

I think back over the years and have such wonderful memories of times spent with Shirley and family.  How wonderful that through our faith in Jesus Christ, we know we will see her and all those we love again.

Dear Candy and Family,
There are no words to lessen the pain of losing a loved one, but your faith and God's love will sustain you both now and in the days ahead. My heart aches for you and my prayers are with you.

Many of my fondest memories of my teenage years are from the summer visits at your home.  Your Mom always made me feel loved and that I was really one of the family.  I always wanted to stay longer.
