Stacy is survived by her husband of 31 years, Patrick Horne; daughter, Nicole Popwell (Jacob); sons, Andrew Horne and Brandon Horne (Hannah); sisters, Heather Santonino (Lou) and Jennifer Condra (Eric); niece, Carrie Horne; nephews, Cory Horne (Heather), Louis Santonino and Nicholas Santonino.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 at Kilgroe Funeral Home from 12:00PM until 1:00PM. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds beginning at 1:00PM.
