Mrs. Howard is survived by her sons, Earl Howard (Christy), Joel Howard, and David Howard (Misty), sister, Jimmie S. Moore, grandchildren, Brian, Brandon, Lauren, Nick, Hope and Chandler, great grandchildren, Gavin and Reese Howard.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bernie Howard and brother, Dale Spradley. Mrs. Howard was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and Cedar Grove Baptist Church. She was also the owner of Chic Boutique.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 beginning at 5:30PM until 8:00PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2014 beginning at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
