Teresa Limbaugh Fine, a trailblazer, and cherished resident of Leeds, Alabama, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. Originally from Trussville, Teresa spent the last 31 years in Leeds, building a life defined by hard work, a fearless spirit, and a boundless capacity to love.
A true pioneer, Teresa broke barriers in the 1990s as the first female monster truck driver, showcasing a strength and grit that she carried into every aspect of her life. Her sharp entrepreneurial mind led her to found Fine Pools, opening the Moody location in 1987 and expanding to Bessemer in 1999. More than just a business owner, Teresa built a family legacy, personally training her daughter and son-in-law to confidently run her stores for her, ensuring her hard work continues through the family she adored.
Teresa's heart was as big as her work ethic. She was always the very first person to step up and help any and everyone she could, never hesitating to support someone in need. She found immense joy in doing crafts, channeling her creativity into making beautiful things and, above all, making the people around her happy. Her life was a masterclass in generosity and warmth.
She was the definition of an amazing mother-not only to her own four daughters but to every friend who ever walked through her door. Her home was a haven, and she was a second mother to so many.
At the center of her world was her husband, Larry Micheal Fine. Married in 1980 at the young ages of 17 and 20, they shared a rare, beautiful, and enduring love story, walking hand-in-hand through life's adventures for an amazing 46 years.
Teresa was a deeply loved grandmother who treasured her family's next generation. She absolutely adored her granddaughters, Peyton and Madison, and was utterly captivated by her first and only grandson, Hudson, who brought immense joy to her life.
