He is survived by his wife, Peggy L. Howard; sons, Tim Howard (Anna) and Billy Wayne Howard; and brother, Wesley Dean Howard.
The family will receive friends Monday, September 3, 2018 from 12PM to 2PM at Leeds First Baptist Church with a funeral service to follow at 2PM. Burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery.
