Mr. Harvey is survived by his partner, Bernice Seely; sons, Anthony Dale Franklin, David Alan Franklin; daughters, Kimberly Rosser Roberts, Carolyn Sue Duwe (Roger), Janice Lee Brannon (Jeff), Shelia Sarazin, Sandra Franklin; 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Kilgroe Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with burial at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Kilgroe Funeral Home from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m.
