He is survived by his daughter; Tracy Wiers Franco and son; William Robert Wiers, three grandchildren; Tyler Chance Wiers, Austin Robert Franco and Garrett William Franco, 2 brothers; James Theodore Wiers and Lawrence Wiers. William was born in Michigan and always loved fishing at the cabin.
