Bertha "Goody" Goodwin

Mrs. Goodwin is survived by her husband of 71 years, Harry H. Goodwin, Sr.; Son, Dr. Harry H. Goodwin, Jr. (wife Alicia) of DeRidder, LA.; Daughter, Terry Sue Cannon (husband Conrad) of Leesville, LA.; Grandchildren: Dr. Brett Goodwin, Brandon Goodwin (wife Paige), Wendy Kreps (husband Scott), Tiffany Quayhagen and Tracy Bedell; Great grandchildren, Josh Quayhagen, Mallory Berryman (Colby), Elijah Quayhagen, Maci Quayhagen, Jess Dubois, Karsen Kreps, Korie Kreps, and a host of special friends.

She was preceded in death by brothers, T.L. Gaddis Jr., and H.D. Gaddis; Sisters, Lillie M. Bowers and Ama Lea Neck.

Visitation will be held at Hixson Funeral Home, Saturday April 2nd starting at 5:00 pm, until 9:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at the First Baptist Church in Leesville Sunday April 3rd at 2:00 pm. Rev. Jerry Penefield and Rev. Wallace Palmer Officiating. Pallbearers, Brett Goodwin, Brandon Goodwin, Arno Arpke, Elijah Quayhagen, Vince Hood, and Dr. Bill Gaddis, Jr. Burial will take place in the Leesville Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville.
