Carl James Pardue

Jim was born in Killeen, TX on the 6th day of February, 1951 to Robert Pardue and Iris Courville.

Jim “Trapper” loved to hunt and fish and dearly loved his hunting dogs, especially Miss P. Jim was a Vietnam Vet and received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and the Marksman Medal. Jim was of the Catholic faith. He will be missed by all.

Jim is preceded in death by his father, Robert Pardue.

Jim is survived by his mother, Iris Courville of Leesville, LA, Special Friend, Lynn Griffin of Leesville, LA, daughter, Katrina Strough and husband, Michael, of Harrison, AK, brother, Lonnie Pardue and wife, Rene , of Leesville, LA, sisters, Janet Durbin and husband, James, of Leesville, LA and Audrey Roberts and husband, Charlie of TX.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Hixson Funeral Home in Leesville, LA. Services will be held Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 2:00 pm. Father Anthont Catella will be officiating. Services are being held under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville.
