Charles Jack Lewis

Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents, Hal and Lois Lewis and his wife, Marie Lewis. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory are his son, David Lewis and wife Kristin of Leesville, LA; two daughters, Lori Lewis Koelling and husband Scott of Belvidere, IL, and Cherie Holt of Leesville, LA; two brothers, James Lewis of Moore, OK, and Hall Lewis Jr of Florida; three sisters, Dorothy McGilvary of Birmingham, AL, Brunell Walley of Richton, MS, and Joyce Jones of Fayetteville, AR; five grandchildren, Justin Schuld, Steffanie Schuld, Hannah Marie Holt, Rylei Taylor and Andrew Lewis and numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 17th, 2014 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville, LA. Funeral service will be on Thursday, December 18th, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville, LA. Interment will follow in Flactor Cemetery in Hicks, LA.
