Shirley Diann Sanders Hewitt

Diann was born on May 6, 1951 in Mangum, OK to the late Jasper Pink Sanders and Irene Farmer Sanders.

Diann loved to cook, sew, read novels, paint and also to garden. She was a Military wife and was able to travel throughout the United States. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Diann is survived by her husband, Charles Hewitt Sr. sons, Charles Hewitt Jr. and wife Stacy of DeRrider, LA, Chad Hewitt and wife Trish of Leesville, LA, brothers, J.P. Sanders, Dale Sanders and Walter Sanders. Diann is also grandmother to four grandchildren, Cody Hewitt, Kaley, Riley and Charlotte Hewitt.

Visitation will be Thursday October 4th at Hixson Funeral Home in Leesville from 5-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held at Hixson Funeral Home Friday October 5th at 3:00 PM.
