LEESVILLE, LA – Mrs. Virginia Williams, 82, was born December 16, 1929, in Sardis, OK, to the late C.L. Standefer and Ollie Fitzgerald and was called to her Heavenly home August 1, 2012, in Alexandria, LA. She was affiliated with Silo Baptist Church and the Choctaw Indian Tribe. Mrs. Virginia was a former race car driver and a private airplane pilot.
Mrs. Williams is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of forty years; her “Honey” Kenneth Williams, and one son; Harry Clingon. Left to cherish Mrs. Williams’s memories will be two sons; Victor Hawkins and wife Yariela of Leesville, LA, and Matt Hawkins of Billings, Montana, one daughter; Lynette Lowe and husband Robert Angell of Turlock, CA with many extended family members and friends.
