Jose R. Velazquez, 63, of Lehigh Acres passed away June 28, 2014. His family will recieve friends on Wednesday July 2nd at the Hodges-Farley Funeral Home 1100 Lee Blvd from 5 PM until time of Service. Funeral Service will be on Thursday at 10 AM at the funeral home with Fr. Jose Del Olmo officiating. Interment will be at Lee Memorial Park Cemetery.
