Norma S. Tuttobene

She married Robert (Toot) Tuttobene on January 30, 1971 between her first and second semesters at Southwestern College. Norma, with her three daughters (Cheri, Pam and Jodi), and her husband, Toot, with his two boys (Paul and Doug), successfully melded two families together when they married. To this day, they all survived her as do 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Norma went on to earn a Masters Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology at San Diego State University. She worked in the Chula Vista City Schools for 15 years before she retired in June of 1992. Toot retired also in 1992 from General Dynamics Convair after working there for 37 years.

They enjoyed their retirement years together a great deal. They enjoyed traveling to many countries and taking many cruises (31), before and during their retirement these past several years.

Norma will be placed at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, California.

Norma was much loved and will be deeply missed.
