Patricia Alice Herrin

March 28, 1949 - March 08, 2014

Patricia passed away March 8, 2014. Twenty days short of her 65th Birthday. Although her life was relatively short and often hard, it was always full of love and family.

Trisha enjoyed singing, dancing and country music. She loved Elvis Presley. She was an exemplary seamstress and an avid gardener. Trisha always strived to make a beautiful home for her family. She believed there is good in everyone and that God does not make mistakes.

Patricia was born in San Diego and grew up in Santee, where she raised three kids Dawna, DeAnne and Christopher Scott. She was a wonderful grandma to 5 grandchildren Tara, Courtney, Kevin, Kayla and Cheyenne. Her family ties were strong and she remained in touch and dear throughout the years to her nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles too. Trisha grew up very close to her sister Linda and brother George, who were both holding her hand when she left this world.

Trisha never met a stranger. She had a way about her that welcomed you into her heart. People opened up to her and she made them feel loved and valued.

Patricia Alice Herrin, She was our mom, our grandma, our sister, our aunt, our cousin, our friend! She will be truly missed by all.
