She was born on August 16, 1943 to the late James Art Curtis and Geneva Eugene Bryant.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Gregory Townsend; brothers, Floyd Curtis and Jack Curtis; nephews, Andy Curtis and Jason Bugielski; friend, Karen Coffey.
Ada was loved by many and will be deeply missed. She enjoyed working in the yard and spent many hours bird watching. She was a member of Grandview Park Baptist Church for many years.
A graveside service to honor Ms. Ada Marie Curtis will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Raymond Spann officiating.
