To the family of Mr. Arnold Dula. It is with love and prayers that we send our condolences to you. I had the privilege of knowing and working with all three children as they graduated from West Caldwell High School. I remember the care that Mr. Dula gave our children when they attended East Harper School. Our prayer is that God will give you comfort and peace during this time. He was loved by all who knew him and will be dearly missed.

My husband, Jim Beane, worked with Arnold for several years and they were good friends. I think everyone who knew him thought a lot of him. He was so so nice and could make you laugh when writing you a parking ticket. I know this because I worked downtown and got my share!I. I wish the world had more people like him today.

Mr. Dula was one of the most important parts of the annual East Harper Halloween Carnival year after year. We could always count on him to donate his time to insure students, families and visitors to the carnival arrived and exited safely. I thanked him, in person, several times for his support of the carnival, but want others to know how much he was appreciated and what a wonderful person he was!

Use to se Arnold every day when I was Principal at East Harper. He helped me with the pick up of students and keep the cars moving. He was not only a good policeman but a true friend to me.

My heartfelt sympathy to Mr Dula’s family. I so appreciated his protection of my children while at East Harper. …of course, I dreaded to see him writing that ticket. Prayers for the Holy Spirit’s comfort and peace for his loved ones.
