Barbara Jean Wright passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2024 at College Pines Health and Rehabilitation in Rutherford College, N.C. at the age of 79. She was born on February 10, 1945 in Caldwell Co. to the late Carl McLean and Pansy Bolick McLean who preceded her in death.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 54 years Frankie Wright and her son Marty Wright in addition to two granddaughters Taylor and Brianna Wright, three brothers Wayne McLean, Gerald McLean and Randy McLean and one sister Kathy Simmons.
Mrs. Wright worked faithfully in the sanding room for 30 years at Bernhardt Furniture. She was much beloved and respected by her fellow employees.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
A graveside service for Mrs. Wright will be held at Blue Ridge Memorial Park on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 1:00 o'clock p.m.
