Bobby Wayne Kidd, age 58, of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Amorem Hospice in Hudson. Wayne was born August 20, 1966 in Caldwell County to Martha Mae Hatley Lewis and the late Bobby Ray Kidd.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mildred and Sidney Hatley, Paternal grandparents, Jim and Mae Nelson and his stepfather, Sonny Lewis.
Wayne was a fan of Nascar, enjoyed traveling to the Outer Banks, and he enjoyed working on the family farm.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Kenny Kidd and wife Shellie of Lenoir, his sister, Annissa Fronius and husband George of Hudson, his three sons, Donald, Cody and Dustin and a special friend, Rachel.
Also surviving are three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
