I had the pleasure of meeting Brenda as us being members of Yadkin Baptist Church. We developed a close friendship through our senoir trips led by Pastor Dale. Many wonderful fond memories and laughs during those blessed uplifting trips. We had long talks on the phone and during visits. After I moved to Hickory, she made a point to find me and come visit. Last time. I saw her was at Meadowbrook church in December at worship of Our Lord and Savoir, she is now in His beloved presence, sooner than she or we wanted but no more pain...one of her favorite things she said to me while laughing. "I told you they dont let me out much." We loved to laugh at ourselves together...miss you dear friend.

I was blessed to have Brenda as my traveling buddy and close friend. We enjoyed so many good times, meeting to eat together and talk, traveling to the mountains, or just going shopping, often times we would laugh so hard we would cry! She would always listen and care, we shared our woes and our joys! I will miss her so much. I rejoice in the knowledge there will be no more pain for her, because she has received her reward, her home forever, walking streets of gold and rejoicing with our Savior! It was my pleasure to love you , Brenda. Prayers for Mike, Stephanie,Susan and all the family.

Brenda was a sweet lady. I got to know her a little bit when we both attended Yadkin Baptist Church, and she sat behind me on Sunday mornings. She always had a smile. My condolences to her loved ones.
