Charlotte was a telephone operator for AT&T, formerly Bellsouth for 30 years. She and her husband Burt were dedicated to each other, now reunited, holding hands in Heaven and praising their Savior.
Charlotte is survived by a sister-in-law Gladys Yount and husband Steve and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Burt Rector, her parents, Gilbert Puett and Wavie Arney Puett and her siblings.
A graveside service well be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Burke Memorial Park in the mausoleum chapel.
The family will receive friends for 30 minutes prior to the service, from 10:30 am until 11:00 am in the mausoleum chapel.
