Darin William Clark

Darin William Clark, born on March 19, 1966, passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 59. Darin was a resident of Lenoir, North Carolina. He was born March 19, 1966 in Caldwell County to the late Doward and Louise Clark.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Howard Cecil Bryant and a brother-in-law, Tommy Crump.

He was a devoted and thoughtful individual, known for his kind-hearted nature and sense of humor. Enjoying most, the time he was able to spend with his much loved family.

Darin was married to Kristy Bryant Clark, the love of his life and together they raised two daughters, Darian Clark and Klaytlyn Clark, who both reside at home with their parents in Lenoir as well as a grandson, Cooper.

He is also survived by a sister; Phyllis Crump of Granite Falls, a brother-in-law; Adam Bryant and wife Tina of Lenoir his mother-in-law, Reyna Bryant of Lenoir, special nephew: Tyler Bryant of Lenoir and two special nieces: Sarah Crump of Granite Falls and Hailey Watson: currently serving in the military in Germany and his beloved companion, his Jack Russell Terrier: Duke.

Darin was a die hard Duke fan, enjoyed watching most any sport on television and was actively involved in coaching baseball and basketball for many years with the Gamewell Optimist Club. Additionally, he was a dedicated member of the Gamewell Volunteer Fire Department.

Darin was a loving and dedicated husband, father, and grandfather, leaving behind a legacy of family devotion, love and kindness that will be cherished by his family and all who knew him.

No public services will be held, as his family would like to honor him privately.
