Darlene Hollar Stoker

Darlene Hollar Stoker, 45, of Lenoir passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 at her residence.

Mrs. Stoker was born in Catawba County to the late Curly Hollar and Frances Rogers Hollar Turner. She worked in Public Safety as a Judicial Services Coordinator. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her loving husband of 23 Years, Tim Stoker of the home; her daughters, Sarah Elizabeth and Lily Kathlene Stoker, both of the home; her brothers, Bret Hollar of Dudley Shoals and Bart Hollar of Hiddenite and her sister, Gwen Townsend of Dudley Shoals.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 2:00 pm at College Avenue Baptist Church with Reverend Don Ingle and Reverend Chuck Brawley officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at College Avenue Baptist Church on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00pm.

Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Hatton, Larry Clark, Paulo Marreiros, George Thiessen, Chris Brackett and Alan Jones.
