Diana Jean Walker

She was born to the late Coleman Lawrence “Larry” Walker Jr. & the late Mary Emma Snyder Walker on July 2, 1961.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandparents, Coleman Lawrence Walker Sr. & Verna Jarvis Walker and Franklin Snyder & Alice Cook Snyder.

Those left to cherish her memory include her brother, Franklin Walker of Lenoir, & her sister, Laura Walker Rutledge & husband Tom of Lenoir, Nephews-Thomas Walsh (Caitlin) of Lenoir, & Christopher Walsh (Shaina) of Granite Falls, Nieces-Emma Barrett Cornett (Brandon) of Hickory, & Kimberly Barrett Felch (Austin) of Hudson, 11 great nieces & nephews. Numerous cousins, aunts & friends.

Ms. Walker attended Union Grove Baptist Church where she was a faithful servant of her God & Jesus Christ. She was a soft hearted lady who found no fault in anyone. Enjoyed precious time with her family & friends. She loved & adored her nephews, nieces, great nephews & great nieces.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Pendry's Lenoir Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Craven and Rev. Jeff Lambert officiating.
